Along with the idea of ergonomics standing up to play Fortnite may have its benefits. Experts say that standing setups, like a stand up desk with no chair may improve your ability to endure long hours of computer work. Gimmicks and fake experts drove this idea in the business world a little too hard.


Basically, there are setups out there for sitting down to work and play. There are set ups out there also made for the seated position. In any case you want blood flow and you also want to be able to endure long hours of competitive play or practice. "So, ZymaPro?? Which is it? Standing or sitting?"


In the last 10 years standing and other forms of work desk gimmicks have been shown to do little. In gaming, you may sacrifice precision for a small benefit to blood flow. I highly recommend the tried and centuries long true of finding a great chair. However, stand up to play Fortnite.
