For years, our channel has been in the giveaway niche, but despite having 14K subscribers, only one person has joined our membership. The analytics are telling me the niche is dead, and managing drama and suspicions has made it anything but fun. I'm tired of pushing this alone.

We've had some significant issues with our channel in recent years. Despite having a large subscriber base, only 10 people are tuning in, and the more we give, the fewer people view. I'm paying $300/month to be on the channel, but the analytics show the channel is doing worse and worse, and the active community is falling apart.
Managing suspicions for four years has made the niche unenjoyable, and it's not fun to provide people with drama and suspicions. The break I took recently felt natural, without worry about momentum or progress. Possibly also because the analytics scream dead channel and bad niche.
There is a lack of growth and maturity in the active members, and the creator has shown the channel's concept, but if no one is feeling passionate about it, it makes no sense for the creator to push a dead horse. I've completely exhausted every idea and strategy, and the analytics are screaming at me to stop, but we still did this for 4+ years.
However, I still believe our channel can succeed, but it's going to take a group effort to turn things around. Let's work together as partners, with NFTs as a tangible way to ensure we all share in the future benefits of the channel. The partnership should be handled by NFTs, which could help govern and vote on project business behind the scenes and serve as a tool to airdrop financial benefits.
