Writing might help your personal brand more than you know.
I have built my personal brand since 2018 growing on YouTube to 16K subscribers in the first 3 years. As I help others and figure out my own brand you get all this blogging value for free! You can be sure some of these blogs will be videos as well. I've only just begun and I have already seen that I have come so far.
As I sat down today to organize and some of the things I've been learning this week as I am reorganizing is that BLOGGING is a huge foundation for video content. For anyone to have unique personal brand content for videos it can come first from your blog writing. Your blog topics can easily become your Later socials posts and your video content on each platform.
So I wanted to encourage you that choosing your topic around what you can blog about will help you immensely to not only build your personal brand uniquely but to be able to monetize it more easily in the future.

Alright. Having said that stuff about writing:
Step 1
Create a personal brand website (for free) and start blogging. This will be your main focus for content creation while you figure out the other socials. This one step will start earning you a passive income. You Don't need to appear on your socials. You don't need to master your other socials right away. This is your one focus. Blog, learn what to blog about, add everything to your blogs for how to earn money from blogging .. and have fun blogging. :)
Step 2
Learn the other socials and post on them the content of your blog writing to spread your net even wider for your monetized blog content. Your value is the useful information and trustworthiness as a source that begins most easily with your blogging. Even if you don't get search engines and marketing right you can still do well enough.
Step 3
As you earn you may improve on your brand presence with key paid services or hire others to help you scale your brand. Most of the work will be on you but it will not be you trading your time for money. It will be you automating or hiring others and using services to expand your brand.
CONCLUSION
As you master the components of all the socials you want to be on you may not need any paid marketing services. I have even heard of some people doing so well with blogging and content that with their socials being only a few followers and not that many views they can still make thousands of dollars every month before even reaching 1000 followers on YouTube. I kind of doubt that but I know the point they are trying to make.
The focus is not follower count or social partnerships like YouTube partner program. The focus is the problem you are helping your readers and viewers solve and how much they reciprocate your kindness with clicks and purchases of any product or service relevant to the problem being solved.
